Animators Serving The Community
Animators play a key role in JYSEP, guiding junior youth in a way that fosters openness and shared learning. As co-learners, animators create a supportive environment where junior youth can ask questions, explore ideas, and grow together. Animators undergo formal training, work in pairs, and follow safety protocols to ensure a secure and nurturing environment.
Matin Rajabi
My name is Matin Rajabi. I am a university student deeply committed to community service. Over the past five years, I have been actively involved with the Social Action team, a role that has been both enriching and deeply fulfilling. However, the true joy and fulfilment in my journey come from my current privilege of serving as an animator, working closely with older Junior Youths aged 14 and 15.
Khashayar Salmanzadeh
My name is Khashayar. I have been involved with the activities at social action for about two years. I am very lucky to be assisting as a tutor for book 5, which looks at training animators and running junior youth groups. During my time here I have made wonderful friendships and feel blessed to be able to contribute towards a building a vibrant community alongside others.
Keihan Ghanbari
I’m Keihan, I’ve been serving as Junior Youth animator at Whitehorse Centre of Learning since 2018, over the past several years I had the privilege of tutoring numerous Junior Youths alongside several other animators most of which were actually junior youths at our centre in the early years

I’m Elena and I’ve been here at the centre for 5 years. I am 20 years old. I teach one of the children’s classes specifically teaching kids arts and craft.

My name is Soorena. I am 19. I have been attending the activities since 2019. I am studying at RMIT university. Its about 4 years That I am Serving as a teacher and as an animator.

I’m Helya and I’ve been here for 6 years. I am 20 years old. I study Media Communications. I am serving as an animator since 2021
